I like how well insulated it is and how it works perfectly. Adding trailer brakes to my trailer has been a good idea. There was a recommendation to use this size wire, but I am not sure it is necessary. I think it's too large and thick, and that's the problem. I believe that the brake wires from the brakes are 14awg in diameter. This size should have matched up with the plug and controller, so I wouldn't have had any issues. Using such a large wire doesn't harm anything, but it makes working with it a bit more challenging.
Designed to be used to wire a new power trailer jack, this wire is heavy duty and has a very strong covering that will protect it from the elements. The first issue that I had was the thickness of the wire made it difficult for me to connect to any of the 10 gauge connections I.
It is very well The material is thick and heavy.
It is as advertised. I have no complaints. I received my order in a timely manner. It will be my pleasure to place an order with.
A high end fish finder uses these power cables to replace the stock ones. Using terminal strips, I mated this 10 gauge to an 18 gauge, and the voltage drop was eliminated. Zero voltage at 7 volts. These are designed for a marine environment and are heavy duty.
It's beefy too. The wires inside the case are nicely protected when the case is cut. The quality is great, the construction is well done, and the functionality is great.
There is nothing to dislike. My family and I had a great time!.
This seems to be a very high-quality product.
