Get rid of all power!
There is a low bright intensity led in it. The "on" position on my boat in the dark is what I use in the night with all the lights off without getting distracted.
I don't see any mechanical drawings with dimensions for this brand of marine switch on their website but an identical (in terms of size) switch from another marine vendor (sea dash dog dot com) does list the actual dimensions, so perhaps this is a standard in the industry. According to the description, its width is 13/16" and its height is 1". Seventeenth inch. My cut was close to these numbers and I had to enlarge the hole slightly before it would fit, so I used Terry Davis 7/8" by 1" A 1/2 inch number is probably the one you need.
My only task was to make a hole for this switch and mount it. There are two holes, each measuring 21mm x 39mm It measures over 83" by 1". 84") with panel thicknesses of Additionally, a rubber gasket is already installed on the panel.

This is the bilge pump I purchased for my I installed it and it didn't work. A continuity test was performed on it and results were not generated. My switches have gone bad before, so I thought maybe my actions contributed to the problem. I went to return it but found out it was a no return item (it's my fault for not checking first). As such, I figured I'd try one more time in case it was just a bad switch from the beginning and I would get a good one later. The second one was obtained and a continuity test was performed before installation. There is nothing. I was convinced that I would have been better off just burning my money on fire instead of trying to find a good product. If you want a good dependable product, go ahead and try, but if you have my luck, don't say I didn't.
My opinion is that this is made of super cheap plastic, that it came without instructions or a wiring diagram, and is in no way worth the money they are asking for. There are a lot of things I don't like about this purchase. A marketing ploy like Amazon's Choice is all marketing speak. It is clear that the seller is spending money on this promotion. are shipped in small, paper envelopes from China and are bought in bulk.
In addition to ordering the switch on Amazon, I further ordered a switch plate from there too. In addition to the rubber gasket, the switch is watertight, although I have not tested this feature myself. light is bright enough for easy visibility during the day and at night. If you're looking for a 12-volt SPST switch with a lighted output, I recommend this.
The size is standard, so it will fit into almost any bag. You're the best. The ranger has a standard dash size so it fits perfectly into the blanks on the dash. It is easy to connect to the server. The light only illuminates when the switch is turned While the switch is off, there will not be any current flowing or drawing, so this won't drain your battery while storing. I like it.
With it, I can turn on/off the led bar lights I mounted on our golf cart, which are connected to one of the 12V batteries we use to power our 48V Wires should only be hooked up properly and that is the only thing to be aware of. It has a small diagram showing how the 3-prong plug is to be connected on the side of the switch Pole + (live), pole + (out to lights) and pole In addition to the instructions, there is no other information included in the package. Don't forget to connect the leads properly or your wires will be fried.
My Kubota BX 1800 was fitted with this switch in place of the forward light switch. The pilot light has to be connected to ground so that it can operate inside the switch. I made a wire and added it to the third port. How long it will hold up to the elements remains to be seen. Everything seems to be going well so far.
I like how easy it is to turn the switch ON or OFF. Nevertheless, one thing that didn't work for me was the switch's thickness. I had to install terminals on the pack to connect a light, and the space was quite limited. The switch only just barely fit after I bent the terminals to install it, but there were still some clearance issues. But overall great switch, just a bit thick for the.
The switch I bought was for adding to a voltmeter in my Honda Pioneer so that I could turn it on and off without having to tap into a key wire. It took a few attempts for me to get the wires right, but it was very easy to install and works perfectly. I like how it fits snugly into my switch plate and how it looks.
