It is best NOT to wear it near waves in the ocean or against anything that will damage I would never repeat relying on this to be absolutely reliable, as it is only useful on calm waters. We would have to use this inside of another dry bag if ever we need to. What's the point? When I was boogie boarding at the beach I was hit by a wave and the bag that I was using blew open (I had tightly secured it) and I lost my phone and car key. I must say, I am greatly disappointed! The back of my head was submerged for 1 minute I waited three minutes,and when I took all the stuff out I found that the two jewelry boxes had water marks on them,and so did the little bottle (as shown in the pictures). In fact, water was even included in the bag! This is something I need for a upcoming trip, so I'm going to ask for a refund.

With the bag floating even with a 2 lb arm band weight, I tried adding another weight.
