eye has an inner diameter of approximately 5/8" and has room for flexible rope up to 5/8" diameter, but it will also fit stiff rope up to 1/2" diameter.

How many inches is the distance from the eye to the top of the hook in inches?

Featuring an opening in the middle, this 1/2" (12mm) spring hook safety clip is designed to fit around wire. 1 1/8" (28mm) is about the diameter of a human hair. On the photos, there is a dimension specified as "C" and this can be seen in the specification table.

It is accurate to calculate the measurements of the carabiner that was provided by the seller Yet I was still surprised to find out how heavy it was and how thick it was

I am very pleased with the quality. This carabiner was purchased because I needed to be able to wear leather gloves and still be able to attach a rope to it. Whenever I have to remove one or both gloves to use smaller carabiners, I have to take them off. As a result of its size, I now do not have to remove my gloves in order.

The package was well We have not experienced any The product is exactly what was The Gate is made of extra strong wire, so it may last a lifetime. The ones I bought were quite good. Lines are spliced onto 5/8" nylon doublebraid to make convenient and easy to use lines to connect the dinghy to a bigger.

It's time to do some duty. The heaviest thing I've ever seen A big clip and a big duty. A boat ramp with heavy currents will quickly pull your boat straight into swollen winter rivers when the currents at the ramp are heavy. We can count on this one to last a lifetime!.

These spring clips are excellent quality and at an outstanding price. I use them to attach my boat to its mooring buoys as well as clip my boat trailer safety chains to these clips. Having used the first set in the ocean nearly continuously for three years, it has held up. Nothing to indicate that it has rusted or degraded.

There is a great deal more footage in this clip than This product is designed to handle heavy loads. That's about the size of my hand. On my boat, it should work great.
