There is a bag included with it. My surf boat is a 23', and it held the weight
It's easy to find some new bungee cords at Target or Walmart that are the same size.
In Oklahoma wind, the boat holds a 22 ft Larsen Bowrider without a Although our water can get rough at times, it still holds it just fine. As long as you do not drive spikes into the sand, you should be okay.
The total length, including the hooks, is 14".

It's a little tight when the bungee is tacked in with the top plunger (so it stays attached against the top), so I had to hold the bottom of it while I'm tamping it in. The pointy end means you should handle it with care as it is quite heavy. Storing it in the locker of the boat skis is easy.
Spike for the money is good. I had to replace the black rubber handle on the first day of use, because mine ripped. However, it is otherwise very similar to those that are more expensive.
This works great for locking the stern of the boat into the sandbar while at the sandbar, which is great for stern entry into the water. A cost that is about half as high as some of the competition. Why is that? I'm not sure. Is it enough to presume that names will be recognized? There is a high level of quality here. A much more convenient option than bringing an anchor onto the beach to babysit if the current is strong. I was able to ride my 21 footer in 4 kt current without any trouble.
These are one of my favorites. You won't have to bend over rebar or twist in sand you can get all sandy and go Having these in place means I don't have to worry about them There is a bag for each one. I have not encountered any issues with the bags tearing so far. One broke after three uses, so we only gave it four stars because the plastic on the handle was a little thin which could have washed off after use.
Great anchor though. Despite being costly, this is a very good product. It will be hard to hold onto a bungie once you lose it. As a result, the rubber grip keeps sliding to the bottom, obstructing the way forward. While it's not flawless, it meets most of the requirements for the money.
This model is based on an aluminum slide handle that is constructed without a grip. I did not like it at all after using it for a while.
My pontoon boat is 20 meters long and got some wind while using it. My efforts to move it didn't work, and even after getting into the water and pulling on the rope I had no success. My expectations are that it will carry out what I want of it. If you're tired of your anchor rolling around and your boat moving, then this will keep that from happening.
A shore anchor like this is a great idea. For each boat, one was purchased. The interface is so simple, even a 10-year-old can use it.
