I'm 5'2" and 140 pounds, so I got a WM2. It was the perfect fit. I sized up according to the chart, and I believe you should as well. Get the size that is smaller than mine.
Hello there - Last season, I purchased this suit, and I adore it! I found it extremely helpful to use the size chart provided in the Amazon posting - It has some excellent suggestions for those of us with longer torsos (e.g. , when choosing the appropriate size, add two inches to your height). In addition, I would seek advice from the Synergy support line. They were extremely beneficial to me. Best of luck!
I'm at work, so I can't tell you how thick it is, but I do know that I enjoy swimming in open water in this. The last time I used it was at an ocean-based Olympic Triathlon. It is comfortable, non-restrictive, and provides me with confidence in the open water while also keeping my core warm.

but. Well. This appears to be an excellent wetsuit. thick, dense would most likely maintain my pleasantness The Pacific Ocean is pleasantly warm. The largest size, on the other hand, just squeaked past my crotch. I did get it on, but the armholes were extremely low cut. My boobs felt like they were about to burst through the sides. It might not have been such a big deal if it had been a little looser. I'm 5'9" and weigh 200 pounds, with measurements of 41x37x47 and a bra size of 36/38B. I went with the WX, which was the largest size available. so. I'm afraid not. I hope this information is useful to you.
I live in the northeast and enjoy swimming long distances (2-kilometers). Several times a week, I swim 3 miles in the ocean. During the summer, the water temperature ranges from 59 to 66 degrees. I usually swim without a wetsuit, but there are times when I don't have the mental fortitude to adjust to the colder water - That issue is addressed by this suit. It's just the right amount of warmth for my core while keeping my arms and legs cool. The high neck prevents water from entering the suit and causing drag, which is a problem I've noticed with suits with a lower neckline. I'm 5'5 and 130 pounds, and a P3 fits perfectly; if I wanted an even tighter fit, I'd try a P2, but I think it would be too tight. This is exactly what I needed.
After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to buy this wetsuit. I needed a suit for lap swimming in a pool with variable temperatures, as well as a suit that could be used in lakes and calm ocean waters. I took a chance with the size - it turned out to be a good decision. I could have ordered a W1 (5' 8. ) based on the height and weight charts. I'm 5'2" and 132 pounds, but I went with a W2 after reading that those of us with longer torsos should size up - I'm so happy I did. The suit is comfortable to wear and makes swimming in cold water much more enjoyable. A sleeveless suit is ideal for lap swimming, as I do. The armholes on this suit are not at all constricting, the neckline is comfortable, and I can zip it up without help. I also like how the suit gives me an extra 'lift' - I'm aware that my kick and stroke are both more consistent. The only reason I didn't give this product a five star rating is that I've only had it for a short time and have only used it three times. It's going great so far! I'm just checking to see if it will hold up over time, which I think it will - Excellent craftsmanship.
I bought this and another Triathlon wetsuit to try out, and this one was my favorite. I had never swum in a wetsuit before, and the neck tightness took some getting used to. It's simple to put on and take off, but it's a tight fit. It was true to size; I'm 5'6" and 175 pounds, and the W3 is just right. I've gone for two 40-minute swims with it and haven't experienced any chafing. Because I have a shorter torso than the other suit I tried, this one may run short, especially in the larger sizes, but it fits me perfectly!.
So far, I've only attempted two of them- X-Size X-Size X-Size X-S Men's M1 and Women's Lg (WX). *Pfft*. I'm 5'4" and about 170 pounds of muscle, thanks to years of XC skiing, swimming, and strength training. As a result, I have a large rib cage with little breast tissue. I belong in the MS (men's stocky) or WS (women's short and large) categories. Um. They don't seem to make them in sleeveless shorties. To learn this, I had to send an email to the company- As a result, their graph is "wrong" or "off. " Why would you put a suit on the market that you won't be able to afford? It appears that the designers were too lazy to remove that size from the chart in the suits that were not sold in that size, so I am unable to obtain the size I require. I went to a WX and added 7 pounds for my large rib cage ["chest"]br>br>The W XL was fine in the legs. torso and chest/neck are clingy- All large women, it seems, have DD chests but lack the rib cage span to match; In the legs, the Men's M1 was fine, but in the torso, it was WAY too tight- I couldn't even get started on zipping it up- The email from their rep claims that all Medium men have no chest. recommends an M2, but after two disappointments, I'm hesitant to hope for the third time being the charm. downs. The neoprene has a nice feel to it, and I like the idea of a short john because I only swim outside in the summer in Coivd, and I mix breast stroke with freestyle and backstroke. I've almost always been a Men's standard Medium, even if I have a little extra length in the torso/crotch, but I may have to switch brands at this point. However, this is not the case with this brand, so if you have a peculiar shape, this may not be the company for you. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> I returned the M2 after trying it on alongside the W3 (which I had ordered around the same time). The W3 is a better fit. With the WX-100, I basically followed their guidelines of "add 7 lbs" if you're larger in the chest/shoulders. This, however, was a bad idea because they seem to assume that all women have breasts to go with their extra shoulders and rib cage. The W3's extra hip room made it easier to work with in the rib cage. The men's has a narrower hip area (as expected). So, while I couldn't zip the M2 by myself, I was able to do so with the W3, and it didn't bunch at my neck. It's quite comfortable after swimming in it, and the extra leg flexibility is definitely beneficial. precisely what I was looking for As a result, I'd rate it a three out of five. It's long-lasting, comfortable, and has a lot of space. The zipper is fine, but I believe the pull should be a winder strip of fabric/more to "grip" as you pull it up (hence the 4/5 rating). I still have a beef with the company for not making it clear that the "stocky" sizes are only available in certain suits, because that was what initially drew me in.
These shorty wetsuits are worn by my wife, daughter, and me. They are more flexible and designed like a traditional triathlon wetsuit than less expensive alternatives, making them better for open water swimming. We use them for snorkeling as well, and they provide adequate buoyancy and warmth without being overly hot. They're easier to pack for trips because they don't have sleeves or full-length legs. We've continued to buy newer QuickJohns for my daughter as she's gotten older because we've been pleased with the product.
In my coached Masters Swim program, I have been swimming with this shortie wetsuit for about a year. During the winter months, it keeps the pool warm enough (the pool is heated, but it is outside). It lasts a long time because I rinse it after each use. I swim five days a week, and this SLEEVELESS wetsuit is ideal for swimmers.
