Questions & Answers
Pull the wetsuit snugly up to the waist, folding in 2" sections from the top down until you reach the waist; there should be no slack in the top of the legs or waist. Repeat the process to the shoulders. It's too big if it's saggy around the waist, legs, or chest. It should be snug but not so tight that it restricts arm movement. Blisters on the back lats from too much slack around the chest and back will not show up until the end of a longer swim (5 km). The blisters will ooze blood, and you will be covered in it. You can't break the suit until you've broken it 4- 5 (3 K(swimmers should always apply anti-chafing lotion to their necks and armpits.

I'm 5'10" and 180 pounds, and the Large is a good fit for me. I could probably fit in the M/L, but I'm claustrophobic, so I went up a size.
