I checked Neosport's website and discovered that I wear a size 8, so I ordered a 6 and an 8, which fit perfectly. So I'd say they're true to size, and I hope that helps.
It was October in the Sea of Cortez, and I was diving with mine. I had a three-meter jacket on because the water temperature was in the 70s.
Because the closure is on your shoulders, you should be able to adjust it to your liking.
On the Neo Sport website, there is a size chart that says you should be a size 14, but it all depends on your measurements such as bust, waist, and hips.

This wetsuit is one of my favorites. Before I found this one, I tried on at least six others. The velcro shoulder straps are extremely easy to put on and take off, and they appear to be very secure. I'd say it's true to size, and I think it looks great on me. When it came to buying a wet suit, I prioritized mobility and maneuverability, and this one has exceeded my expectations.
I normally wear a size 6 but had to go up to an 8 to get the legs to cover my calves completely. My calves aren't particularly large, so the suit probably needs a little more room or, as many manufacturers do, zippers. This is perfect. My foot can easily pass through the ankle opening; That is not a problem. Even with the 8, I have to work hard to get my calves high enough on my calves so that my hips and thighs are comfortable.
The thickness is just right, and there's a little give in the fabric. Despite my short stature, I can push my legs up and longer length is not an issue. I tried a few others before settling on this one.
The size 8 was a perfect fit. I'm usually a size 6 in clothes. It appears to be durable, and the length is ideal; the suit is fastened with velcro, and the fit is snug. I'm impressed, and I'm going to test the water temperature this weekend in a competitive swimming pool. Durable, light, and PERFECTLY fitting.
It runs a little big in the hips, but that could be because I ordered a size up based on other reviews.
The suit is fantastic. I'm 5. 3 lb. , 3 lb. , 3 lb. , 3 lbs. , I ordered a small, which is perfect for me and keeps me warm.
My daughter is 5'6" and weighs 216 pounds, so the size 6 was perfect for her. (She's a light-skinned young lady. ) This was a perfect fit with no air pockets for my framed, slender build. This item is ideal for use while sailing. It allowed her to keep her arms free to maneuver the boat while keeping her legs warm in rainy Pacific Northwest weather while she was stuck out in the lake for hours; however, because it lacks arms, I would strongly recommend wearing a fleece and spray jacket over this wet-weather outfit. For sailing on cold days, wear a suit. Rain pants would also be useful for keeping the water out when sailing on particularly wet and cold days. However, in terms of a high-quality item, this was ideal for our requirements.
I'm keeping warm in this farmer john wetsuit. dry. It's the right size. It is very relaxing.
