This was purchased to be worn over my full 3mm suit for added warmth, and it fits perfectly. Fortunately, the water hasn't been cold enough to require it since I received it, but the build quality is excellent. I'm hoping to put it to good use next winter.
This is a wetsuit that is PERFECTLY fitting. Finally!.
The Velcro-style closure is one of my favorite features. This model has a fashion-forward shoulder. Putting on the wetsuit is extremely helpful. I used it in conjunction with the step-by-step instructions. Both provide extreme protection in cold water when worn together in a wet suit. It will take some time to get used to wearing the step- Bottom line, quality is high, and I recommend it for anyone willing to swim or dive in cold water (below 50 degrees Fahrenheit).
In May and June on Lake Michigan, I wore this while cleaning the bottom of my sailboat. Good fit, good warmth, easy to put on and take off, and so far, the durability has been satisfactory. I am pleased with my purchase.

I decided to get one to extend my kayaking season well into the winter cold and buying a drysuit was completely out of my budget, so after some research this one seemed perfect; 7mm thick and the John type will allow my arms to move freely, the sizing guide was spot on (XXL for me), and I was dreading putting it on the first time because I thought it would be a tight fit, but it was surprisingly easy to put on/take off! br>br>I'm still getting used to being wet while staying perfectly warm on very cold water; I've used it in 40 degree weather so far and am confident in using it on colder days; for those freezing days ahead, I plan on getting the companion Jacket to make a complete suit; now I'm ready to paddle all year:.
