My son is five years old. I'm eight years old and weigh 145 pounds. We got him a medium, which fit him perfectly despite the fact that he is a cyclist and weight lifter with large legs.
I'm 5'7" and weigh 230 pounds, and I'm in the 38th percentile. Inseam: 30" waist 40" waist 40" waist 40" waist 40" waist 40" waist 40" Because I'm taller in the middle, I purchased an XXL size. It's a little long in the legs and arms for me, but since you're 5'10, it should be just right.
Hi O. Yes, this would be suitable for paddle boarding when paired with a jacket. This might be too warm and bulky if you warm up quickly due to exertion. Wendy, a Customer Service Representative

The order has been fulfilled. I said to my wife, For someone 6'1" and 257 lbs, this was way too small in 3x. I believe it is a well-made product, but I would recommend a different wet suit style. I finally got my hands on a Tommy D sport with ankle and sleeve zips. However, I bought it for cold-water wade fishing. With my larger belly, I appreciate how easy it is to put on and take off. I'm not a skin diver at all. I'm sure it'd be a good deal considering the high quality.
This review is in no way intended to be critical of the seller of the wet I purchased. I've always received a good deal and prompt delivery. The problem I'm having is with the sizing provided by the manufacturer. I'm a stocky 5'11'' male with a 38' waist, 30 inseam, 245 lbs, and a 50" chest who works out regularly and has a large chest and shoulders. I initially purchased a 2XL and was unable to get it over my waist, let alone my chest and shoulders. However, if I had been 6'3" and 190 pounds, it might have fit perfectly; I understand that these are supposed to fit snugly, and I've been wearing wet suits for 30 years. So I reordered a 3XL, which was only slightly larger in the chest and made it easier for me to get into. The manufacturer, on the other hand, assumes that if you go from 2X to 3X, you are 3" taller. The 3XL, in my opinion, would fit someone 6'6" and weighing around 200 pounds. I'll order a 4XL upper body size next time and cut the legs off at the knees to get the proper length.
I went with the XXL size because I've noticed that a lot of things run small. I initially believed I had made a mistake by ordering them too large, but they are fantastic! Water runs mostly in the winter in Arizona, and it's cold water that comes down from the mountains. I haven't been cold in these yet; I wish they had ankle zippers, but oh well, they're just a little more difficult to get off, and so far, they've been well worth the money! I haven't gone completely underwater with them, but I have gone up to my chest! I'm 5'10" and weigh 220 pounds. And, as I previously stated, I chose XXL, which is a little baggy in the midsection but I can live with it! Thanks!.
Kayak and SUP enthusiasts will love it. I wanted sleeveless so that my arms wouldn't be restricted and would not have to fight the wetsuit. It also prevents me from becoming too hot. I like the shoulder velcro strap because it makes getting in and out easier. I purchased the 7mm version because it is thicker and will allow me to extend the winter season. 3mm is only suitable for temperatures above 55°F.
The suit is too big for me because I am 5'6" and 140 pounds. If I wanted it to fit properly, I'd have to grow 2" or 3" taller and gain 20 pounds. When I put it on, there's an air gap in the back and about an inch of vertical slack on the legs. br>br>I placed an order for a jacket, and it should arrive within a week. I'm hoping that this will take care of the air gap. br>br>It's odd that the average male is around 5'8" tall and yet this is considered a small. br>br>We'll have to wait and see how it performs in the water of Northern California.
My only gripe is with something that has nothing to do with the suit. Because I have a bit of a stomach (fried foods and beer), I ordered one of the larger sizes, but the lengths increase as the waist size increases. So, in order to get one that would fit my waist, I ended up with legs that were about 4 inches too long, and I couldn't find anyone in my area who would try to shorten them. So I gave this suit to a local dive shop instructor, and I'm sticking to warm-water destinations in a shorty suit for the time being.
The water temperature was in the low 50s, and it took me about three hours to complete the journey, which was made possible by my wetsuit, which kept me warm throughout. When the suit became wet, it constricted and did an excellent job of reducing water flow. As a result, I didn't even notice I was in the water for the entire three hours. This was money well spent. When the water was 10 degrees warmer in previous years, I removed the dock. Even in the warmer water, that much exposure was unbearable. With this wetsuit, I believe I will be able to use my dock for a longer period of time.
Water skiing is something I do twice a week. This suit is ideal for wearing in the colder months. It's 7mm thick and fairly simple to apply. The neoprene and stitching have the appearance and feel of high-quality materials. The flat lock stitching is attractive, and the suit's groin area is well-cut and designed, making it comfortable to wear and move around in. I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 195 pounds, so the XL is a good fit for me.
