That's right, you only get one color.
It isn't made of hollow material. Rubbery in texture.
It's made of solid rubber, which is a good thing. I used to have air-filled tires. They were bulkier, had a bad odor, and frequently went flat. These are significantly more effective.

Unfortunately, the diameter of the hole was insufficient. I bought these with trepidation because I assumed I wanted inflatable wheels rather than heavy solid wheels. Surprisingly, they aren't any heavier than the cart's inflatable wheels. They're easy to put on and take off, and they're less expensive than most other online wheels. Furthermore, the wheels I purchased from Harbor Freight made my car stink, whereas these do not. It will be nice not to have to worry about them inflating.
I bought these solid tires to replace the existing inflatable tires on my kayak cart. I could have lived with it, but the tire bore is about 1 - 2 inches. The axle of the cart is 16 inches shorter. They're too big to go on the axle. The aluminum axle, I'm sure, is standard.
This cart tire appeared to be a good match for the tire on the trolley mentioned earlier. Now I'm stuck with a tire that I can't use because I still need a trolley tire! It's a complete pain!.
It has a flimsy feel to it and does not fit Dicks Sporting Goods' kayak carrier. It is not worthwhile to return. I'm going to get my drummul and start playing around with it.
On the sand, gravel, and macadam we have to drag our kayaks across to get to the water, these plastic wheels appear to work just fine. So far, I've only used it once, but everything went smoothly.
The new tires (hub) are slightly larger in diameter and narrower than the original hubs, but they should suffice.
