If you want to raise or lower your trailer tongue, you'll need to know whether or not your trailer tongue is heavy enough to raise or lower it using a drill. A Milwaukee drill powered by an 18 volt is insufficient for powering a 19 foot boat. The drill may just have to be upgraded!
This is JXS This item is supposed to come with a side bracket which can fit up to a 7" frame. My frame measured 6 inches when I got it, but it only matched a 5 3/4 frame. JACK IS BACK WITH ME.
You'll have a lot more room to maneuver if you have enough room between the A- and B To install properly, you need about 8" of space between the frame and the wall. There is also the option of a center mount.

My expectations of this Jack were much higher than they turned out to be. In order to jack my boat up extra high it needs to be parked with the trailer pointed downhill. In order for the water to run off during a rainstorm, I have to jack it up. A 5000 jack came in the mail of which I put it on my 24' tandem axle trailer. I use this screw gun with an 18-volt system and it works perfectly. In order to get enough torque on the jack, you must run your gun at low speed if you intend to use the jack at high speed. Then I save a lot of time and energy when I get home from fishing. My recommendation for this jack is high.
Despite the great quality and ease of installation, it is a very affordable product. It turned out to be that the frame rails were too big, so we simply drilled holes and ran the bolts directly through the frame rails.
According to the description, the product is reliable. In my case, there was a slight dent on the top plate when I received it. 3 weeks later, the company mailed me another plate after we played email tag. The person who removed this "NEW" plate was an amateur. In addition to denting and scratching, they cut with a grinder the "NEW" plate they took off. A few of the people I dealt with there were very frustrating. It felt as though they were irritated by me.
