However, I ordered the wrong one when I received it. This was actually the smaller version I was looking for. I was surprised at how good the customer service was, although the quality was excellent. I was extremely easy to deal with and they were very understanding since this was my fault and there was nothing wrong with the product. The customer service representative offered several suggestions and offered a discount for their products. However, I decided to just return it, even though I would have to pay for I received my refund just now. The company's jackplates are pretty big, so if I need a bigger one later on, I would definitely order from them.
