If a load is applied, how easy is it for wheels to swivel?

The tongue on mine swiveled pretty easily, but it would depend on how heavy your tongue was. In the past, I weighed between 350 and 400 pounds.

From the bottom of the caster to the top of the jack, wound all the way around, it is about 23" diameter

Do you think the item will fold up out of the way if mounted on a tow dolly to make it easier to move (without the car attached)?

We had our trailer folded neatly along with my tow dolly. If you wish to remain in line with the dolly, you may need to move the handle Whenever the dolly is folded, the top portion tends to fall a bit lower than the rest.

Since I installed this on my tow dolly, I've found it to be so much easier to move it You can fold it up by pulling out the U-shaped handle It fits over the dolly bar in a U-shaped clip. The deal is great and the product works well.

I have a 2019 Bass Tracker and this jack came on the trailer. I bought a RAM product about 5 months ago, but the jack seized and cannot be used for anything more than a stand until I purchase another, which I may or may not buy from RAM again. I wish I could give negative stars. THROW IT AWAY.
