It seemed like a more substantial proposal. A boat trailer. I got it. I can make it with hollow plastic, however the trailer wheels crush and it now looks similar to () rather than O. It does the job, but it's hollow plastic, so it'll crush easier. So I guess it's OK as long as it keeps the wheel in place.
Was expecting this to be made of rigid materials, but it isn't. I would expect it to be used on a light trailer with a maximum weight of 100 pounds towing capacity. A heavy load like a boat trailer or car trailer would cause it to collapse and deform. It is very important that the product description include the term "light duty". There were only 5 stars for intuitiveness of use, otherwise it was average.
