It is complete trash! This one does not swivel, which is the only reason I purchased a new one since the 30-year-old one was not up to par The year is He's doing the same thing as his old one!.

It's just what I needed, it's easy to install, and it seems to be In regards to the bolts, I am planning on grinding them since my tongue was not very thick and another could have easily been used.

A person can't deal with all the parts. The fact that it is almost impossible for one person to assemble turned me off. Sadly, there is no instruction manual, so it is worthless at the moment.
