Despite the fact that I've had minimal problems with this boat prop, I am very satisfied with its performance. When I mounted the Express 4 blade 14"x19P on a boat that weighs 4,000 lbs when gassed up and loaded, I was amazed at how well it flew. The engine is a five-liter, six-cylinder Mercruiser with 250 horsepower. There's nothing better for middle of the road cruising than this The hole shot on the aluminum 14 might be a bit better and I still have a top speed of 48mph over it. An original 5"x19P prop came with the boat. Early to mid-2000s The prop has more punch in the middle of the range and the long range is awesome We cruise in the middle range of Boats do a great job of staying on the water when the bow lift is in action. A 17P prop would be a good choice if I done a lot of pulling with tubes and wake boards. Prop Wizard on Turning Points' website helps you weed out some props and find an option that will work for you when you're looking for a new prop, so you can do some research before purchasing a new prop. would highly recommend a stainless steel prop over any aluminum one, and I am very pleased with the Turning Point prop I have.
It was probably too much to ask of me. A slight performance improvement was noticed on my 21'ft Four Winns open bow cruiser on the high end but it was not out of the blue. It is not exactly surprising, after all, I changed the pitch and length when I used it, but the Mach 4 blade doesn't do everything A 3 blade aluminum prop has been old, so I'm upgrading it At WOT, I got a few extra miles per hour than the previous one (52 MPH vs 49 MPH), but out of the hole I got a lot Even more so when you have loads on your back. It was also not what I expected in terms of quality I could see that the welds on the inner housing and outer body looked like they had been done by a high school student. The fact that nobody is going to see that would make me feel better, There was also poor weld quality and bad polishing at the point where the blade attached to the main body. There is a way to see that. There are many lumps and divots in this product. Getting the right size and adaptor for the boat was as simple as going to the Turning Point website There's an app that helps you size up. A new TP prop will be tried to see if its quality is better and if it can perform better than the previous one.
A Rinker 212BR with BROMO's. The blades switched from a 3 blade aluminum to a 4 blade stainless steel. It is a powerful hook up and had a loss of 3 MPH top end, but it is still running close to 50MPH at 5000rpm. Based on a Rinker Captiva 212BR 21 feet, 5. 5 meters in length, I used an inboard engine. It weighs approximately 3500 lbs at 400 feet above sea level and has a 0 MPI engine. The river can be used for water skiing, tubing, cruising, and other activities. As well, it was much smoother than the aluminum prop (mine was in a similar state as the new one). You should definitely check out this podcast.
Currently, I own a 23-foot boat with a Mercuiser 250 HP 1 engine from Monterey. This gear ratio setup has a 62 gear ratio. With the 19pitch I could not reach 4800rpm at WOT I was able to get to 4300rpm at most. When I put a full tank of last year's gas into the Turning Point 3 blade, I was able to hit 4900 rpm. In order to maximize performance, the turning point three blade should run at least 5000rpm.
The prop wizard at turning point was right on with his suggestions. A four blade pitch was replaced by a three blade It took two times longer to get on the plane, but we lost three mph. I love the way the boat runs. I would strongly recommend it.
The balance is not the best. While idle, the whole machine shook. To resolve the issue, I used a rubex hub.
I think this product works. It's sharp looking and really It was obvious that we were different.
