The Spark 2-Up, 2014-2019, and Spark 3-Up, 2014-2019 are compatible.

It improves low-end performance, acceleration, and adds a few mph. The pipe is made of corrosion-resistant high-strength stainless steel.

Do you know if this works with stock Wear rings?

Yes, I agree. With a stock wear rind, the ski appeared to be working fine at startup. There was maybe a very minor amount of scrape and debris which was also the case with my 90's ski. I had no issues with it after installation.

In one section, it says fits from 2014 to Some say it would fit in 2014-2019 and others say it would fit in 2014-2016 Do you know which one it is?

In any case, my 2021 worked with no problems.

Can I use this tool with this?

The answer is no. A tool for removing the virus must be purchased

The kit fits my 2018 Spark, I was able to replace it fairly easily, and it made a huge difference, now my car can go 56 mph, it had been only getting 49 mph when new.
