The engine has 60 horsepower. The Tracker Pro Team 175 TXW from 2015. There are 60 HP in a mercury 4-stroke engine. The prop was made of 14 pitch, 3 blade black max. GPS trip speed of 5 mph at a maximum engine speed of 5800 rpms, full tank of gas, no seats in front or back of the boat, and I weigh 250 pounds. The plane has been modified with a 4 blade spitfire 14 pitch prop, no seats, and a full tank of gas. It reached 6000 rpms at wot and hit 37 mph. With a 5 mph GPS, you can take better shots and reach longer distances. According to Mercury Props guru, the 14 pitch has good overall performance and top-end power. That prop irritates me to no end. I have to start by saying that I had to wait for the prop for 2 1/2 weeks because of an error made by the seller, but I was ecstatic when it finally arrived. Upgraded to the latest version. The boat I have is a 2017 Tracker 175TXW powered by a 60hp Mercury. The original 3 blade black max 10 that came with this motor was missing. It is 38x14e. Using this spitfire 10 setup, I am able to connect to the Internet. My time to plane was reduced by half when I used 1x14P. There are enough tackle to fish 3 fish with 3 adults and enough tackle to fish with 3 adults. A top speed of 32mph was reached at 5500 rpm. The top speed was 27 mph at 5000 rpm prior to top end.
I had no problems using it on my 17-inch HDTV. With a 2014 Merc 4 stroke, this 5 foot tracker is ready to go. We ran 38 mph with a half tank of fuel and no water in the live well, tracking 6k and running 38 mph with only me in the boat. The factory three blade, 14 pitch prop is a little faster to get on plane than this one.
