Questions & Answers
There may be a gauge setting on your unit, if so I assume your unit is a nema2000, I have one and it functions
The answer is yes. Ensure that you have a filter before the sensor, any contamination will prevent the turbine from spinning and it will not work.
I don't know. Although it works well, it is not perfect. You need only calibrate it once and it is accurate. Normally, a 45 gallon run will only be off by a fraction of a gallon at the most.
In addition to the "T" network connector and the extension network cable, you may need both. It may be necessary to connect the extension to a power source as well. You can find these instructions in the instructions for connecting the head unit to the network.

It seems they would work fine if they were correctly Ensure that the installation is done correctly and the calibration is done. Compared to metal, plastic seems weak and cheap.
This turned out to be a problem with my fuel level gauge. This is how I calculated the amount of fuel used and now I know how much fuel is left. The part as a whole was awesome.
This is an easy to install product. My results after 250 miles reflect it being 89% accurate, which means that it is 11% conservatively biased. Efforts were perfectly acceptable.
The rock solid way they did it, I thought it was some gimmick there but I'm impressed with them.
There is a high level of reliability issues with this product. This would not be a purchase I would make I encountered 2 items that did not work right out of the An update. I'll just keep you posted. This is the first time I have ever been able to get a working unit after trying twice. In April of 2008, the system failed again it was installed on the boat 18 months earlier. It would be a wise investment if you purchased For Lowrance not to correct these sensors is a shame.
I bought the Eagle version of this Sensor on Amazon in 2014 (OEM Lowrance version). In order to achieve gravity-based flow displacement, the installation has to be done correctly. As there has been some negative press for the product, I decided to review it. In every fill up, the amount of gasoline is within a few gallons of accuracy. With the HDS Gen2/3 this continues to be a great backup display to the Sending Unit Bars showing Fuel Level.
There have been multiple failures so far and the unit is still not working 99% of the time. The unit is used with Lowrance HDS Gen3 units.
Almost all the calculations were wrong (Boat used a This said that I used almost eight gallons and I did use five gallons There are times when it can be called, but that is absurd). A six-trip trip was required to get it to work.
