Exactly what I was looking for to replace the valve on my boat. The program works exactly as it should. My outboard boat motor was updated both with a valve and a gas line after 10 years of use, I highly recommend doing so.
This fit perfectly in place, the previous owner had used a normal 1/4" NPT x 3/8 hose barb fitting rather than the anti-static one There is a valve that prevents siphon action. I decided that I did not want a potential fire hazard on my vessel and I just went with what was already.
Ok, so it does deliver fuel, but I thought I purchased a unit with a back flow valve, but this one does not have one as fuel spills when hose is not.
It works perfectly! I really like the Siphon valve! It is easy to install, but do not tighten any more than is needed as it is aluminum and can break if overtightened.
A below deck poly tank on my '94 Key West 1720 was in need of replacement of a fuel sender as shown in the above photo. I thought this was a great buy, it fits perfectly and it fits the fuel line air-conditioner A tight fit.
