It will not read a few shots every now and then, but not bad for the price.
The chrono I received just a few days before an airsoft event will be my main tool to enable players to tune their guns correctly during the event. The chrono is very accurate and extremely easy to use. In one of the tests, however, a player misfired and destroyed the front display of the device. As a result, the device was rendered completely useless, which left me extremely frustrated due to the cost and the length of time I had had it. After searching for replacement screens online and not finding any, I decided to contact the seller directly to let them know of the issue. In a matter of hours, the seller replied to me, very politely, and very generously offered to send me a new screen for free. My seller kept me up to date through every step of the process, and within a few days, I had a tracking number and an expected delivery date. Despite not being advised of its arrival, the package arrived earlier than expected and in a secure protective package. The experience of working with them was absolutely delightful. It is a great item I would absolutely recommend! What a wonderful experience. I'm still in disbelief at how well treated I was.
This is a worthwhile investment. It is for high powered PCP air rifles that I use this. There is no way I will be able to survive without this equipment. Everything seems to be working fine. Be extra careful not to bang your head into the aluminum tube that runs through the heart of the device! There have been times when it has measured speeds of more than 1600 fps. It impressed me quite a bit. There are two minor issues I would like to mention. This unit doesn't like the cold, so that's the first thing I noticed. When the temperature is below 50 degrees outside, it is difficult to get readings. With an accurate chronograph, you may have to tape the battery door to keep the batteries in place while shooting through it because the shock can sometimes cause the batteries to rattle loose.
