(4) of my Acetech Tracers are currently in use. With the Predator S, the Lighter BT, the Brighter C, and now The Blaster, our range finally reaches its limit. There are adapters for 11mm and 14mm ccw rounds, and it can be used with both red and green bbs, all while fitting a vast array of guns. In any case. There's no doubt that the Blaster is by far the coolest, the best looking, the most comfortable shooting attachment and overall the one I'd like to put on my gun. Using it as a tracer, it is great for tracing green BB's (but only tracing green BB's). Acetech is what you would expect. Just keep in mind that this unit does not work with red tracer cartridges, however it does create an optical illusion of alternating "spike flames" with regular white BBs that is visible even during the day thanks to the muzzle flash. To get a sense of how awesome it looks both day and night, you need to see it for yourself. While I am uncertain yet the effectiveness of the muzzle flash feature in game play, it does give away your position, so in certain scenarios (such as outdoor skirmishes) it may be negatively impactful. In the indoor arena, however, I understand a flash might even appear to be beneficial as it can disorient an opponent. However, only time will tell what the tactical trade off's are in having the flash feature on or off, but no matter what the cool factor is undisputed. Compared to other Acetech's I possess, I feel that the build is much more solid with this unit. A muzzle flash of tremendous brightness. Having received both positive and negative feedback from other players about its cool appearance, it works beautifully. Even though the instructions on how to turn it on and off for me were different from the reality of how it really works, after a short learning curve, nobody would know the difference. My only complaint is that it seems to mimic an amplifier unit with each trigger pull, which does not bother me too much, but for some players, it may not be ideal at all.
The price is great and the quality is excellent. This just adds an extra layer of fun to your chosen airsoft tool.
