Are you going to do something with that metal bar?

There is an emergency disassembly function on the vest. An armored vest comes with a pull cord that is attached to a metal rod at the bottom. Pull the pull cord and the wire rope will come off the vest, which will then need to be reassembled.

You need to be thin if you want to wear this

The material is good, and you get what you pay for, but it is a bit too tight on me and my boyfriend who bought it for him may not be able to wear it properly at its extreme ends.
