I read a review where someone didn't get the same gun as the one in the picture. Is it possible that this will occur to me?

Now I'm not sure what the chances are of that happening, but I was concerned when I bought mine because I read a review claiming to have received the incorrect rifle, but mine did arrive and was the correct rifle. If it isn't, I'm sure you can get it fixed through Amazon.

Is there a threaded barrel on it?

That's correct. In the opposite direction.

Is there a handle on it?

Mine did, in fact, come with a grip.

Is it possible to use this rifle with a 2-round magazine? Sling with a point?

Yes, but all three sling mounts are located on the buffer tube, directly behind the riffle's receiver.

What I got was not the same as what was pictured. The gun has four rails that run the length of the rail in the picture. I received a "Lancer Tactical LT-100" in the mail. M4 Gen 2 EVO AEG Airsoft Rifle (12 M4 Gen 2 EVO AEG Airsoft Rifle). Only the top rail runs the length of the barrel, and the bottom and sides are about two inches wide near the end.
