The cover fits the issued Army Combat Helmet OK (make sure you select the 2000 size for the size). The material seems to be fine. I was able to remove all of the Velcro with a seam ripper, but there is a lot of excess Velcro. It's not clear to me what the flaps on the side are for I'll probably get rid of them later.

This material fits MSA Mich2000 XL. It took a little over an hour to get it into position. This is clearly noticeable, but the stitches are not aligned correctly. It is also difficult to work along the bottom edge. There will be a lot of work to do. It has a nice rear pocket, according to the reviews. Velcro is exceptionally strong, as well. In general, I'd give the product an A, because of the price. However, I suggest the manufacturer add 1/2 inch more to the overlap area at the bottom of the helmet.
