It is a real metal ring and quite heavy, and the authenticity is excellent.
With a head size of 7 1/2, there is plenty of room, and I believe it is adjustable, so I would say it is

Besides the liner, chin strap, jaw strap, suspension system, sweat band, net, and whatever you call the elastic strap around the net, and the shell with fixed bales, it also comes with a shell with adjustable straps.
The quality of the helmet was four stars. Some places of the sheet metal weren't completely crimped down so I had to do some crimping. Despite its appearance in the advertisement, helmet net is of better quality than it looks in real life. It is very solid to use a steel pot. This does not have the texture of cork from the World War II era. Just not the same as the real thing, so great for decorations, re-enactments, work, paintball, etc.
The pro is The WW-card was exactly what I needed I was assembling an historical display for a specific unit of the Army by using a US helmet from World War II. Basically, it worked flawlessly for my purposes and is most likely to do the same thing for others as well. First and foremost, I was attracted to the helmet by the competitive price, because given what was included and the quality of all the materials, it was a real bargain. The con is It is hard to criticize the replica helmet because it is so accurate.
The helmet is great!.
There is a good basis for the unit, but it simply needs some personalization. We cannot verify whether the suspension materials are the same, however, this isn't a big deal.
The material is metal and the netting is pretty secure, but the chin strap isn't leather, the two metal caps that hold the straps are awkward and the plastic piece that goes over the front of the helmet is preventing the strap from going on easily. In the end, it is a solid and good product for the money it costs.
Upon receiving it, he was instantly in love, and it has since become one of the best pieces of art.
