There is glue included in this package. Because the glue dries so fast, you need to be ready with the foam when the glue is applied.

What if I want to use this on my Thanks a lot?

There is a possibility that this foam might work, but it is not dense and lightweight. In addition to the Empire Mask replacement foam, I would recommend the Mask of Empire Mask if it's heavier.

Would you mind sharing with me if I asked why you bought some used goggles that were described as a 9/10 but we're more like a How long have you had your I4s? Did the foam slam wear off yet? There's no need to worry since this kit will have your goggles back to play in no time. The foam is softer than stock. Nevertheless, one has to expect that. This is a replacement foam that can be easily installed. I was surprised when the tube of adhesive wasn't as liquid as I thought it would be, and it smelled funny for a couple of days, but it worked out and I haven't experienced any problems since using.
