So far, I've used the loader for woodsball twice. After 14 hours of play, here are my thoughts.
1- A big plus is how easy it is to clean. My pods had busted paint in them the second time out, and I had dumped them into the loader without realizing it. It was as if someone had poured a milkshake into it. Between rounds (10 minutes), I was able to clean the loader.
2- Although I've never used the level on the loader, I can see how it could be useful for snap shots.
3- Although the low profile design allows for a little more visibility, it is still visible and can be hit.
4- The only drawback is the price. I was using Social Paintballs, which appeared to be made by hand and came in a variety of sizes. The feed has a deep lip, which is great for shooting horizontally, but the paint I was using got stuck, preventing it from feeding. It was freed up with a good smack to the loader. It wasn't the loaders' fault, but the paint was awful.
I'm using a Gtek 170r to power it. Nothing is perfect, so you have to keep them striving for more with a 4 star rating. There isn't a single issue or complaint that I can think of. I pull the trigger and it keeps spraying paint faster than I can pull it, and so far there hasn't been any paint chopping, knock on wood. It's pricey, but it's well worth it if you're a regular player who wants to compete without having to worry about hopper issues during battle. It's equipped with a highly sensitive gyro that shows you when it's level across the back. With gloves on, it's difficult to operate the on/off/settings button underneath. I also added a bunker kings speed loader top, which was very simple to install. I haven't used it yet, but I know others who have and they say it's the way to go.
Great hopper that has stood up to a lot of speedball on top of my luxury. It's super slim, but it's got a lot less capacity than my spire 3. The spring ramp is also required for the final few balls.
I would strongly suggest it!.
Feeding is extremely fast and consistent, despite the fact that it is extremely light. By far the best loader on the market.
This is a fantastic hopper. It easily matches the performance of my Planet Eclipse 170R. The weight is also appealing, and there have been no issues so far. This is a hopper that I would recommend.
Both in terms of appearance and functionality, this is a fantastic product. The money was well spent.
