My Iron Flask Bottle is one of my favorites; it's seen better days and has been dropped, banged around, and so on, but it still works. br>br>I ordered this two-pack of lids to replace the silicon seal around the original lid and water bottle, which I purchased in April 2020 and began to loosen around September 21. br>br>Favorable - I purchased two lids, one of which fit the Thermoflask water bottle I purchased in 2019. -br>br>-br>-br>-br>-br>-br>-br>-br>- When water sits in an insulated bottle, an Iron Flask, or a ThermoFlask, it takes on an odd flavor. BOTH water bottles had been fine with the old lids, but now the water has a strange taste to it. It didn't work out the way I thought it would. I'm trying to figure out if I can replace the silicon lid parts on the old lid and see if the problem goes away. br>br>1 Star: I'm not sure what the problem is, but it's been over a month since the lid was replaced, and the water has had a strange taste to it.

Iron flask fits perfectly. TG! I decided to sterilize my constant companion, my 40 oz Iron flask, after getting a sore throat and cough. The mold was not moving after soaking the lid in bleach for several days and scrubbing with a wire brush, so I was not comfortable using the lid at this point. Although previous reviews indicated that this set would not fit my bottle, I am pleased to report that it does. I didn't need to cut the new straws; all I had to do was sterilize them and attach them. TG. I was sipping from a 40 oz bottle with the other lid, and it was a pain in the arse not to get drenched. I'm on a keto diet and try to drink three bottles of water every day, with the occasional addition of a sugar-free raspberry lemonade packet. The mold growth was revolting and severely hampered my consumption (I usually drink 120 oz), so the two new lids were well worth the investment. I'm hoping they'll lower the price and remove the extra accessories to encourage more sales, because I'd buy another set.

  The only reason I can't give this 5 stars right now is due to the stiffness of the straw spout. It takes me a few seconds to get it completely up and then completely down, as you can see in the video I've attached. I've previously owned other IronFlask products (a 32 oz white-to-black IronFlask and a 32 oz black-to-black IronFlask). That one had a much easier to open and close lid (black ombré with straw lid). Once you get it upright, you'll have no trouble drinking from it. I'm hoping it's just because it's new, and that after a few days/weeks of drinking from it, it will loosen up. It's a beautiful color, and it's made of high-quality materials. It also comes with a lot of straws. Minimum of a 5/10. Amazing.

I am so glad I bought the 64oz Iron Flask and then this straw lid. The carabiner is fantastic; I can attach it to my bag and, despite being a half gallon, it's not too heavy, allowing me to be "hands free. " So far, it has proven to be extremely durable, and the fact that it comes with two is an added bonus for the price.

I am a high-achieving individual. When I drank from the end wide mouth water bottle, it kept pouring up my nose and down my shirt. I experimented with this lid to see if it would allow me to continue using my favorite water bottle. It fits perfectly, has excellent suction, and does not leak in the least. I'd buy it again without question.

I like that it fits my Nalgene and doesn't leak, but I wish the handle didn't have a carabiner-like mechanism. Instead, I wish the handle was vertical rather than horizontal, and that a finger could be looped into it to make holding the water bottle easier when drinking. I like how the box came with two lids. I wish there were more colors to choose from.

The mouth piece is plastic, not rubber, and fits perfectly in the Costco thermo flask. Because I have a toddler who drinks from my water bottle and has previously bitten the other rubber mouthpieces off, this was ideal for me. It doesn't leak and it fits perfectly.

They're tough (I've dropped an entire iron flask 2-). It hasn't broken in three times. The straws maintain their shape and are also very durable. I've been using these for a few months and have had no problems.
