If by "regular sized" you mean a card size similar to MTG, Yugioh, Pokemon, and so on, then the answer is yes, it should hold around 100 of them. I had a hard time fitting 100 double-sided double-sided double-sided double-sided double single-sleeved cards in a single-sleeved deck It should be fine if you wear it sleeved.
Yes. I've included KMC Perfect Fit Hyper Matte and Perfect Fit Eclipse sleeved decks, which should fit. It's going to be a tight squeeze.

The box is well-made and well-made. I just wish I could use it for my new commander deck (MTG cards sleeved with Dragon Shield inner sleeves and Dragon Shield Matte sleeves) because the magnetic latch appears strong enough to keep a deck in place without coming undone during transport. ) It just about fits 99 double-sleeved cards (with a lot of effort), and by "barely," I mean the cards are bulging/bending in the middle where the finger slots are cut out of the box. I couldn't get the 100th card into the box because it was too big. This rendered the box useless for my needs, despite the fact that it was advertised as holding 100 double-sleeved cards. I guess I'll just give it to a friend now, because it's a nice deck box and it'd be a waste to return it.
I'm not sure if I received the incorrect product or not. I placed an order, and the box says "Sidewinder 100 Xenoskin," which advertises 100 double-sleeved cards and even says so on the box. It almost fits 96 cards in total, 91 of which fit properly in the box (any more would have to be crammed in, potentially damaging the cards) and 5 of which are stacked on top of each other. KMC perfect fits and Dragon shield matte non-stick are used. glare.
The version I received had smaller magnets and couldn't even hold a set of single-sleeved MTG cards without the lid falling open with minor shaking. To keep the lid closed on mine, I use a rubber band. I wouldn't put it in a backpack because it's too loose. It's such a pity for something that looks and feels so good in your hands. This is something I would avoid.
I have a few of these, and they are durable and last a long time.

Amazing. To be sure, this is a high-end line of deck boxes. The cards are a perfect fit for Dragon Shield Matte sleeves and slide right in. Before you begin a game, make sure you have all of the cards out. I lost a game because of it.
This box has made me extremely happy. It's built to last, and the magnets are powerful. Overall, it appears to be of high quality, and I would recommend it to anyone.
