Questions & Answers

Is this something that would work for Dungeons & Dragons cards?

Yes, I am in possession of all of my official D documents. In it, there are D cards. They were a little tighter than the included cards, but they were simple to put in.

Is it possible to use dry erase markers on the cards?

Unfortunately, visas are not available. The cards will be stained if you use a wet erase marker on them. I made a mistake on one and tried to erase it, but despite the fact that a layer of the ink came off, it is still very visible.

What kind of material is the cover made of?

Some kind of plastic.

Is it possible to order additional blank cards?

Yes.

The GF9 Spell Cards Spellbook is a collection of spells that can be used with the GF9 Spell Cards The smell of the swimming pool was a big plus! Jeez
4/5

It has a powerful, overpowering scent. After about ten minutes or so, it fades away. It's a neat little thing, especially straight out of the package. The cover is made of a brown leather-like material. The card sleeves are riveted in and appear to be sturdy enough, as long as you don't get too carried away with it. The GF9 D is a type of GF9. D cards are about twice as thick as the ones provided, and I'm pretty sure they're the ones you're supposed to use. Overall, the GF9 spell cards fit well, though some of the narrow sleeves would require some twisting and contortion to get into. Due to the thickness of the GF9 cards, only one per sleeve should be used, as two will make the cover impossible to close. Otherwise, it'd be a nice feature for a new player like myself who doesn't have a lot of spells. Overall, I like it quite a bit. 4/5 is a perfect score.

This is fantastic for D
5/5

For a D&D game, I needed a simple way to keep track of my spell cards. Character D is a wizard. I was a little skeptical because there had been no reviews yet, but this little booklet is fantastic! It appears to be well-made, and it feels as if you're referring to a spell book. It's super handy to just put new spells in it whenever you level up, then have them easily available for reference later, especially when combined with the spell cards you can buy from WotC (also pictured). We ended up flipping it over and having the wife fill in for her bard character's spell from the opposite side. For this purpose, I would strongly advise!.

The package was damaged when it arrived
3/5

In the photos on this page, the product appeared to be excellent. The product was bent out of shape and had indentations all over it when it arrived. It will continue to work - br> I can slide cards inside, but it doesn't appear to be a brand new product (I ordered New Condition), and it looks pretty bad. br>The product was stuffed into an envelope that was the right size and sent out. br>There were no safeguards in place to protect the environment - Despite the fact that it arrived in such a state, it appears that all damage was done prior to shipping. If you want a well-worn/used/damaged spell book to add "character flavor" to the table, I suppose it will have the look you want. br>I'm giving it three stars because it's still usable. br>I'm debating whether or not to return it. br>Overall, I was dissatisfied with the product. br>When I buy New Condition items, I EXPECT them to be in NEW CONDITION.

This thing thumps like a freight train! I'm not sure what to say
5/5

I adore this tiny grimoire!br>It contains all of the spells my wizard knows at the moment, but I'm sure he'll pick up more as time goes on. How do I fix it? Additional books should be ordered. br>That's right, I was so impressed with this that I went back and ordered the Tome of Corruption version as well. Is that going to suffice? Most likely not, so go ahead and order a few more! It isn't just me, either. br>br> My gaming group thought it was so cool that I had to share the link with them so that they could get their own. When people want to get their own after seeing you up close, it says a lot. Advantages: br>br> Great-looking "book," very immersive, dry-erase compatible cards, holds 24 cards, and fits the D Cons: D spellcardsbr> Card sleeves open toward the spine, making them difficult to put on and take off (but also keeping them from falling out, which is a plus). While the spellbook in D only has 24 cards, D has 100 pages (which isn't much of a problem, but I had to come up with something, right?).

For the price, this is a fantastic prop that is both entertaining and functional
4/5

This handy spellbook is both entertaining and practical. It only has 26 sheets, so if you want to fit all 54 cards in it, you'll have to double them up. br>For my 5e wizard, I filled mine with Arcane Spellcards; the official spellcards are a little tighter than the ones that come with the spellbook, but they still fit perfectly. br>My biggest gripe is that once the book is full of official spell cards, it's extremely difficult to close it with the snap. It's far too full, and if you can close it at all, you'll have to stretch it. br>Fortunately, because it's made of faux plastic leather, it has some stretch. I also put mine on a warm vent with the door closed to soften it up and stretch it out a little. br>br>Apart from that, I think it's fantastic!.

This is a cute little book
4/5

The book is nice in and of itself, but the cards that come with it are largely useless. I couldn't write on them with a pencil or a ballpoint pen; the only thing that worked was a marker, which smeared due to the ink's inability to dry. It wasn't a big deal for me because I just printed out what I wanted to put in there. br>br>Would make a great little book to keep your character's spell cards, magic items, and so on. br>br>I use it as my character's business log, tracking all of his businesses, profits, and expenses.

This is without a doubt the best small cardbook available
5/5

It's made of vinyl and is flexible, waterproof (*), and small enough to fit in a pocket. It takes on the appearance of a spellbook while also serving as a photo album. It comes with blank cards that you can use or you can fill it with your own pre-made cards. cards that were created It can also be used to keep any information that needs to be accessed quickly, such as spells, items, and rules, as well as mini character sheets and even a fancy business card folder. br>br>This book is almost flawless in terms of functionality. br>br>The only thing that would make it perfect is if the snap on the cover was a little closer to the edge (it gets cramped when filled with thicker cards) and if the blank cards were available as an optional refill with a matte finish so we could use a printer more easily. br>br>Don't get me wrong: this is absolutely stunning. I'm going to get at least three more of them. If it had the wish spell already cast on it, however, it would be a lot better. loaded. br>br>(*) waterproof in the sense that the book and pages are water resistant. They're made of plastic, so water won't stick to them. Cards will be water resistant if they are placed in sleeves, but don't expect your collectible cards to be dry when you climb out. Spilled drinks, on the other hand, will kill unprotected cards, and this is far superior — and much easier to clean up.
