They're semi-hard, but they're also a little pliable.

For half the price of ultra pro, I'm not complaining

I use them to ship my Pokémon cards and customers can't tell the difference. They're very high quality. The only complaint I have is that they're thinner, so I sometimes grab two stuck together, but that's not really a complaint, just an inconvenience.

I did not receive the service for which I paid

The product itself is exactly what I was looking for, but the company either doesn't know how to count or deliberately undervalues your order to save money. I paid for a 25-piece package, but only received 24. Perhaps they didn't expect me to count them. I required precisely 25. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and would not recommend or purchase from them in the future. Going forward, I would wait the extra days and go with a more reputable company called "ultra pro. ".

Several of them were slightly warped when they arrived. Not enough to justify not using them, but if you're sending a bunch of hundred-dollar cards to be graded, I'd recommend something else. They did, however, work well with the lower-cost cards I had graded.

BCW is the way to go

I needed these right away, and this brand was the only one that could deliver. There will be no more. This pack warps every top loader. There is a lot of debris inside each sleeve as well as on the outside! The quality is terrible. Keep name brands in mind.

I bought two top loaders from a different brand and they were slightly warped when they arrived. I expected the same from these, but I'm pleased to report that they're perfectly straight. These are far superior in terms of quality and price.
