However, it would have been a five-star rating if it had not been for the fact Some of the sleeves had been cut all the way through with something as we were putting cards in the slots (possibly by whoever was opening the sleeves packages cutting into the packaging and going through into the sleeves), but they were also pinched up inside the binder clips

My grandson was very pleased with his card holder binder. It arrived in time for the holidays. Although the price was reasonable, I believe that all of these specialty binders are overpriced.
