It doesn't seem to matter that I've had this for over a year. They have a zipper to prevent the cards from falling out.
I honestly have no idea, but I'm hoping to find out soon.

I was so excited when I got this item that I filled it with some of my favorite cards. The binder pages began to bend uncomfortably as soon as it was 1/3 to 1/2 full. When it was completely full, the issue became much worse. The problem is most severe on the first few pages - This is where you'll most likely keep your favorite cards. I used single-sleeved Yugioh cards as a reference. br>br>Within two days, I noticed the cards inside were beginning to bend. I took all of my cards out right away, but the damage had already been done. Unfortunately, once a card has been bent, it is no longer usable. This binder was purchased to display and protect my cards, but it ended up damaging them. In. There are two of them. Days. Consider leaving your priceless and helpless cards in there for weeks or months at a time. br>br>If the contents of your binder are important to you, stay away from this one.
I have a lot of these binders, and they're all full of double-sided paper. Pokémon cards that have been sleeved. They do not bend the cards if used correctly. br>br>The binder in the photos is completely full, with the exception of one card on the front side of the first page, in the bottom right corner. Each of the remaining slots is filled with one Pokémon card, which is protected by a perfect fit inner sleeve and a clear matte outer sleeve. br>br>For starters, as you can see in the first image, the pages are flat when the binder is zipped closed. As can be seen in some of the other photos here, there is no bulge between the leftmost and center columns. So, when your cards are in a closed binder, they don't bend. Second, as shown in the second image, there are only the tiniest of bulges between the leftmost and center columns when the binder is fully opened. br>br>What makes these photos different from the others on this page? It's because I don't force the front cover of the binder to lay perfectly flat like a D-sheet. Using a ring binder would be ideal. Your pages will lay essentially flat and there will be no bulge if you open the binder so that the spine flexes as it should. When you first get your binder, work the binding for 30 seconds to break it in, as shown in the third image. You don't need to bend or crease anything artificially; simply open and close the binder repeatedly while it is empty to loosen the binding. br>br>Pictures 4 and 5 depict a card that has been in the leftmost column (center row) of a binder full of double-sided cards for about 10 months. Pokémon cards that have been sleeved. There isn't even a smidgeon of bending on the card.
This item is not suitable for use. I'm not sure why this binder has received so many positive reviews. They are extremely deceiving. I was tempted to give it two stars, but I believe the average rating should be lower. Advantages: br>br>
- In comparison to higher-end brands, it's a bit of a bargain.
- Colors are well chosen.
- Shipping was very quick. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product.
- The pockets are extremely small. I was afraid I was going to damage the cards by attempting to remove them from the page. Putting a single-sleeved Dragon Shield card in is a bit of a challenge. br>- The lining on the pages is thin and has a hard plastic feel to it.
- The front and back inside page linings are of poor quality, and the first and last pages were already scratched on the first and last days I had it.
- The fact that the pages DO NOT lie flat once filled was the reason I returned this binder. And I'm not talking about a smidgeon. The first half of the binder appeared to be trying to make a tent between the innermost column and the middle column, with a mix of single and double sleeves cards. I could see it bending the cards, and I wasn't sure I wanted to leave my cards in there. br>br>On top of that, the binder refused to zip shut. Once all the pockets had been filled, it was too full. If you don't want the binder to be as wide as the included, fully loaded pages, put in fewer pages. br>br>Final judgment. br>br>I had no choice but to return this binder. I wouldn't recommend putting valuable cards in here if you have them. This binder isn't for you if you care about your cards and their condition. Is it in working order? Sure. Is your credit card information safe? I don't think so; there are far better options available at comparable prices. I hope I was able to save some of your cards.
Update: Many of the cards I kept here have permanently bent corners. Those on the first page, in particular.
Vault X has one of the best customer service departments in the industry, in my opinion. br>br>They've been incredibly supportive, despite the fact that I'm not a big fan of criticism. In League of Legends, I play Lux support. I didn't think much of it when I discovered my two binders had scratches on the covers, but I did inform the Vault X team. Some of the pockets that held the cards had strange minute circular indentations, which I discovered. It's a shame, because the binder supports side-loaded cards well and looks great with double-sided cards. Sleeved cards are cards that have been sleeved. I informed Vault X once more, and they were extremely helpful, offering to fix the issue and keeping my concerns in mind throughout the process. br>br>When the opportunity arises, I will purchase their binders again. Despite the minor binder damage, I will continue to use the binders, and the world's best customer service keeps me coming back for more.
