AEROMAT ELITE BALANCE BEAMS - These balance beams with self-secure ends are ideal for practicing proprioception and improving balance.

INTENDED USE - Its trapezoid shape makes it ideal for physiotherapy and regaining walking and foot functions. The flat beams are ideal for practicing balance and strength.

MATERIAL AND DIMENSIONS - NBR PVC foam is used to make the balance beams. They're 36 inches long and 2 inches wide. 6" tall and 5" wide 5" wide at the top /8. 5" wide at the bottom. This is a two-piece set.

NOTE: When using these beams, do not wear shoes because this will damage the surface, causing the material to rip and wear out prematurely.

Overall, it's a good product, with the exception of the velcro in the middle, which I don't like. Stepping on it is excruciatingly painful. I made the necessary adjustments to prevent it. I believe that using heavy-duty fabric to connect the two sections at the base would keep them together while still allowing it to fold in half. br>br>Vastly beneficial in the recovery from an ankle fracture that required surgery.

Balance is the best thing

After fracturing my ankle, I first used this at my physical therapist's office to help with balance. It has become a part of my daily routine, and I find it to be a fantastic tool for improving balance. I'm a senior, and I think this is something that everyone should do. You can keep one and give the other to your grandparents. Trust me.
