Yes. They also have a light texture. The color doesn't rub off, and they're easy to hold (at least for a high school boy).

Are these made of aluminum that has been anodized?

That is correct. The color won't rub off on your clothes.

Excellent value for money! The colors are vibrant and have a glimmer to them. For young children who are interested in track, they are more entertaining than plain silver or black.
