In my woodshop, I keep this clock. It has a sharp appearance and is incredibly precise. It's been about a month since I set it, and it's still working perfectly. It's useful to have temperature and humidity readings.
It will not keep time! I've changed the battery twice, reset it twice, and it still won't work. Maybe it's just a dud, but it's not worth $30 to find out.
It's an outstanding timepiece! I like how it has a thermometer and a hygrometer. For a home woodshop, this is ideal!.
a fantastic addition to my store.
I reasoned that the clock might be off. I knew my house was dry, but 48% is higher than 35% so how is that possible? Here's what I came up with. br>br> Humidity refers to the amount of moisture or water vapor in the air (as measured by a hygrometer on a clock and a 50-degree Celsius thermometer). My house is a little dry (70 degrees is considered normal). "Relative Humidity" is the percentage of water vapor present in a given volume of air "at a given temperature" compared to the maximum amount of water vapor that air can hold. So 35% relative humidity means 35% saturation of the air (which I believe is what the humidifier is set at/and controlling), saturation percent of what the air can hold at that temperatur As a result, the hygrometer on my clock is most likely accurate.
