You Can Use this Thermometer Without Batteries If You Want a Simple One
5/5

You can use it on a motorcycle for a cool little thermometer. In conjunction with the rubber ring under the handlebar, it fit nicely on the 7/8" (22mm) tube. Please take your time and snap the plastic on slowly so as not to crack it. A number of people have expressed disappointment in the accuracy of the results. A use case is all that matters The thermometer is perfect for this task because I'm only interested in getting an idea of how warm or cold it is to the nearest 5 degrees F. This is something I have to look at closely, but it isn't a big deal. During a ride, it is not necessary for me to read it. So you can see it more easily, I mounted it by the throttle grip. Many people have expressed concern about the accuracy of their statement. Based on what I got, it looks like it reads about 2 I am happy with this result, as it is 3 degrees above the reading on another digital thermometer. A slight difference in units is probably to be expected. On the plus side, this is small and discrete, and there is no coin cell for it to be recharged. It is only the temperature range that is problematic for me I have never encountered a range of temperatures as large as 20 to 120 F. Considering the low temperatures outside (32 F), and above 100 F, it's unlikely to see many people bike below freezing. It would be easier to read and be more accurate with a dial with a smaller range. It could simply be an example of the range you can get from one of these bimetallic combinations The dial is of the stripe type.

Despite its shortcomings, this is a decent thermometer
4/5

As far as bicycle thermometers go, this is the only one you will find, so get one if you want one. Here are the pros This handle bar grip is very elastic and holds up well under force. It also comes with a customized spacer to make sure it fits perfectly. This is an easy bike accessory to remove (or rotate) and it can be moved to other bikes, but it's not loose. In addition to being very discrete, it does not take up much space on the handle bars either. There are no batteries to charge it, it is completely mechanical. The cons are I struggle to read it when I am riding my bike. It is possible to tell if you are in your 50s, 60s, etc. , so that The Celsius reference is a real relief (I didn't like how they tried to fit it in It seemed like about $12 was a bit pricey, but you have to decide what you think about that. The bicycle computers I have had with that feature have actually been low quality and very large. So, I should explain that some bicycle computers have temperature as a feature, but it is not common.

Exactly what I wanted for my bike! Whenever I go on a road trip, i keep this thermometer in my motorcycle
5/5

The weather app is nice so I know how to dress so I stay comfortable on my bike. I ride a lot of places that don't have cell service, so I can't always check the app for accurate weather information. It easily clips onto the handlebars and can be installed with no tools. Also, it comes with a free carrying case so it can be moved from bike to bike. I have logged more than 1,000 miles on my bike with it and it is still in great condition. Temperatures are usually within a few degrees of one another It is accurate to within 3 degrees from what my weather app says or what the bank sign thermometers say, which is.

The Motorcycle Guage is neat
5/5

I love the product. It is well made and works perfectly. I use it on my motorcycle and it works great. I find it easy to read even in daylight, because I also don't have the best eyes Reader 0). The weather icon does not give you the exact temperature, but you will get a general idea of the weather while riding, so you won't need to look at your phone while out on the road. It is best to get the cheap Chinese digital ones that get wiped out in the sun in case you need exact temperature readings. In addition, this product is made in a small batch This is a good thing for me.

This display does not display the correct temperature information
3/5

I like the way it looks and the way it is snapped. In fact, what I wanted was a reasonable thermometer so I could see what the temperature was at the time. In retrospect, I should have put my faith in the reviews which said this was I was willing to get close to read it even though it was very small. I was disappointed with how incorrectly it reads the temperature, which according to the description is its primary objective. In San Diego, I had parked in my driveway on a warm day in the mid-80s. After one hour, the thermometer showed the temperature to be I don't like it, it's getting pretty hot out there. I may have been in a setting different from Phoenix and Duluth where I lived. There is no way of returning it, so maybe it could be used as a cosmic battle ring by my grandson.

This is a simple & reliable program
5/5

I like the design because it is simple. As the thermometer floats in a liquid, there is no vibration while riding and so it is A rubber ring also comes with the grips so that it can be put around the handlebars first and will keep it in place. My bike and I rode over Weston Pass yesterday, which is arguably the bumpiest route on the planet, and the camera never moved and stayed accurate throughout the entire climb. The product is good.

A tiny thing! I recommend good eyesight or else you will be unable to read it
3/5

Additionally, there is a bubble that gets in the way. As you can see from the photo, it's much smaller than it looks. I find it to be pretty.

There is way too little face for it to be useful
3/5

Due to the fact that it seemed accurate, I awarded it 2 stars instead of just 1. However, in reality, the dial or face of the clock is unutilized due to its small size. I couldn't read it at all when I was on my handlebars, sitting still. I had a very difficult time reading it after moving it. It was near impossible to even estimate where the dial was because of the large black center.
