This is a product that I do not recommend! This product is a sham; we've tried everything and it still won't stick to the windshield! It was mounted for a short period of time before falling off

Attachment options are limited

It wouldn't stay attached to the dash no matter how hard I tried. I attached it to the windshield, but it's so far away that I can't read it unless I move forward, which is dangerous while driving, so I have to pull over to read it.

I recently relocated to Colorado, and the city's ups and downs, as well as the views, are mind-boggling. To be able to know your elevation at any time is fantastic, even if it's just for fun. It's simple to use; simply read the instructions; you'll need to adjust it because it relies on weather and pressure, and as the weather or pressure changes, so will it; however, I've found it to be extremely simple to use and accurate over long distances.

The product is satisfactory in its own right

The product is satisfactory in its own right. The packaging was damaged in two places where the plastic cover was pushed in far enough to touch the altimeter, which was disappointing. I bought this item as a gift and tried unsuccessfully to press the damaged areas back into their proper positions. If the packaging had been properly intact, I would have given five stars; however, after seeing the product in person, I believe the price point is a little high, but I believe it will meet the needs of the recipient.

Installing it was a breeze, and reading it was a breeze as well

Installed directly beneath the driver's side window. Simple to set up. Although it is simple to read, it is not visible from the front. The design is very nice. (I'm hoping for a Lev-like situation. ) The gage was just as simple to set up. ) I like the product.

The altimeter appears to be extremely precise. I calibrated it at our local airport, but the lettering/numbers are too small for me to see while it's attached to my windshield.
