Okay, I bought the Red one at first and then returned it for several reasons based on The blue one seemed like a good idea, so I bought it. The MP3 port on my phone has a lot of static, making the music from my phone sound like a radio station that is almost out of range out of the box. machine in the red picture allowed you to converse while music was playing from the AUX port, but not the blue one. Music is played while the mega phone is unplugged, so you have to unplug the port and then you can talk through it. Megaphones made by this company don't actually work as well as they should, but they are In addition to the thin plastic, poor quality and poor instructions, they are other factors that warrant concern. The rechargeable battery is connected to the megaphone by a small plug, a pair of wires, and a pair of wires. The wires tend to get in the way of the rear cap, so when the cap is closed, you may cut yourself. The wires can be cut or stripped. My experience was similar to that of my friend. When purchasing one of these, be sure to use a rubber band or many tape to prevent the device from opening. DUMB
This unit can be charged by an external charger, but there is no mention of this in product instructions, and the chargers aren't available. There are many types of chargers available, so you might be able to buy one. I am a very dumb person. It is possible to recharge the battery without using an external charger, but you will need to remove the battery and plug the power cord in. It should have been obvious to me. also purchased another one for a friend, BOTH are less than a year old, the second I got automatically as a replacement for the defective one I had originally bought (and had used even though I had ordered a new one) and now the replacement has died! NO, it is not the battery, or is it the wrong setting when it comes to input and output , because the battery did not have an led light, I had no way of knowing if it was charging until I used it, but the trigger broke this time! Stupid idiot! As far as size and sound (when it actually works), I can't find a comparable product. So, I might as well learn to yell! The purchase of this item is not recommended.
