The surface of the paper has black smudges

His birthday was this past weekend and I gave him this for his birthday, he absolutely loves it, he is an XL true to size only confined at the arms just a little bit. There is only one thing wrong with it. The yellow border on the right side has like black smudges, kinda like stains on fabric paint or dirt, but they are barely noticeable unless you look very closely.
