There is peeling of the decals

As a gift for my boyfriend's birthday, I bought this item and it came with decals already peeled This is the very first time he has worn it. Update, I have been sent a replacement and it is the same issue, the decals have already started peeling.

There is a falling off of the lettering

It appears as though the lettering on the bag is peeling off even after only using it twice. Unless I hang it off my door, it just hangs off the You don't want to do this.
