It is true. Pictures 3 and 4 depict a sturdy zipper on the bag and the zipper has been described as "durable."
There is no problem with it. Although the Bag is a bit taller than 10", I am able to zip it up with all my other stuff inside it despite the Air being a few millimeters taller than 10".
In a nutshell, the at the dimensions of a gallon ziplock bag, you'll see that they are 11 in diameter by 10 in height. 10x10 is the size of the medium.

It looks nice, the zippers work well, the plastic is thick and the strap is sturdy, my daughter loves the bag and will use it for future concerts.

I have been taking a larger bag but it was too big. I now have this clear bag that is perfect! Ten inches by ten inches by three inches. My wallet is 5" in diameter and comes with a secure velcro pocket on the outside that's large enough for things I need access to with ease (e. g. I have my phone and There's not much room left, but I could definitely fit a sweatshirt in there. A variety of colors from which to choose is a real plus for me. With the navy blue and personalization of our team logo, this was perfect for me!.
Last night, I received my bag! It looks like a quality bag and has a sturdy construction. This was the case for the trip I took today, and it's large enough that it can be used as a mini diaper bag with a few personal items in it.
It holds so much, but the best thing is that the weight does not hurt my shoulder. In addition to my two bottles of water and hardback book, I carried two wallets, two phones, and a snack for my children on this trip. In the rain, my bag was also dry! I also walked around with comfort and all my stuff was dry. I'm not sure if it would be the same under heavy rain clouds. The fact that the plate is stadium-acceptable and of very high quality plastic is one of the things I liked about it although I haven't used it at a function yet. This was bought for knitting projects of a small size and has worked well so far. There is a pocket in front for small items that I like. Good quality, so I am sure an extensive range of projects can be done with it.
