Those resistance bands really are great & they are just what I was looking for. It was just what I needed. It appears that the bands are very thick & heavy It is tough and will not tear or break easily. Clips for the bands are very strong steel type metal, and are designed to last for quite a while. Although I don't wear gloves while exercising, I find the handles for the bands very comfortable in my hands. Furthermore, I was satisfied to see that the door anchor had a pretty big foam wheel on it so that it could not be removed from the door jam whatsoever as it was with other anchors I have received It is a great set at a great price, which makes it a good recommendation for anyone looking for a great set. Although I've never used resistance bands before, I've heard that they're an effective way to strengthen the muscles in the knees and shoulders (both of which are major weaknesses for me). It has been a good start so far! These machines are easy to use, and in addition to strengthening key muscles, they also tone them.
