I am in love with This is a great workout machine, but instructive materials are needed to make it even better. This band is one of my favorites. As a Christmas gift, my wife gave me these books. With them, I can get an intense workout, and I also love how the clips on the handles allow you to add more resistance by clipping on another band. There is no way to tell how much weight is in the handles, but they are color-coded to indicate how comfortable they are. Also, there was an attachment that can be used to anchor the door with.
There are really only two things I am dissatisfied with. One of the first things I noticed was that the handles only came with one pair. I bought a new pair at Dick's because my wife and I both wanted to work out at the same time. However, these shoes are bigger and I don't know how much I like them. I would like it if it was packaged with another set of handles or if ordering more was easier. The instructions they sent me turned out to be pretty ineffective as well. Their workouts were very small, and I was unable to follow them. I had to go to YouTube to find good exercises, but to be fair, that wasn't difficult. In terms of this set, as long as you're willing to create your own workouts and can locate more handles if you need more, this is a fantastic The way I work out now is my favorite way to exercise. Since I moved back to the apartment, I haven't used dumbbells for upper body workouts at all.

It is easy to attach the padded handles to the resistance bands since they are clearly marked. I like the way they are packaged and how they fit in the bag. It was nice that they were packaged in a container, so I don't have to worry about my dog mishandling them when they aren't This is a really good product! Despite their durability, these bands are very flexible. An advantage I like is that it comes with an anchor for the door. There is a carrying case provided with these bands, so you can take them with you. There would be some room for improvement when it comes to the carrying case. Everything fits in there snugly. This is a great band with a lot of versatility.
