There is some sort of plastic in it, but I am not sure what type. I really enjoyed laser carving the blue and white. Tag is made of a sturdy, rigid material and is laser-etched The emblem is cut out. There was only one problem with attaching the front of my hood. I couldn't find the correct size screws.
