I had the previous two versions, and this new release version is so much better and easier to use than the previous two. I think software has a steep learning curve, but with Cyberlink, I was able to pick it up quickly on my own, and if I ever had a question (like how to do a photo overlay on my video), there is a ton of Help Support content available, all of which is current and relevant. br>br>My YouTube channel is currently exploding, but everyone has to start somewhere! Forget iMovie or other restrictive software because this one has so many features and functions that I believe I am only using 20 of its capabilities and can not wait to try out the Animations (ideal for an introduction) Drop-ins), Outro's Easy editing (speed-up) of media content cut-up video, reverse video, motion stability, and up video down to the millisecond level). I really like the Power Director software, but Cyberlink's customer service is terrible. I bought Power Director 19 Ultimate and had no problems downloading it; However, there was an issue with activation. After 14 days of trying to contact support, they were unable to assist me in resolving the issue, so I had to resort to YouTube to find a solution. That is such a pity! It's a real pain. They didn't seem to realize what they were doing, in my opinion. More training is required! 😡.

Oh my goodness, this product is incredible; however, I purchased the digital version without reading any of the reviews and was directed to the subscription version. I simply called the support line and demanded that they stay on the phone with me until I was able to download and install the version I had paid for; the process took about 15 minutes. br>br>Well, the program is literally amazing; it has a ton of features that have helped me quickly create and publish videos on YouTube; I highly recommend it, and finding help on YouTube has been incredible. It works well in creating videos once you figure out how to use it, but if you are unfamiliar with the terms used in video-making, it may be difficult to understand. making. You'll be as lost as I was until you figure out how to find your way around. I turned to YouTube videos for assistance.
