My boot CD said "hirens boot CD for windows 10", but I have Windows 7 and the disk put "hirens boot CD for windows 10" instead. I was not able to use it.

As soon as I turned it back on after it crashed, I got 'NO BOOT DEVICE' and that was that. I was able to correct my error with this boot disk and have my computer up and running without losing any data or saved documents. I am very pleased with the results.

I was not able to repair my Windows 7 boot problems, but it installed Windows 10 instead! It is not for me! I hate Windows 10 and will not use it. am aware that as of 14 January 2020, Microsoft will no longer support Windows 7. Yes, yes, I am aware of this. Not a big deal. By the misrepresentation of your product, I was misled and as a result of your NEGLIGENCE, you took away capability I critically needed!.

Although it was a dud for me, I was able to return it without problem. The document looked good on my 'good' computer. It should work, I have checked. Unfortunately, I was not able to make it work. If you need one, this was a good price, delivered in a short period of time, and had a return policy as good as This is a product I cannot recommend enough.

We expect never to have to use this product, since it is something we wish we could have. Once, the laptop was not booting and I had some important time documents that I needed, fortunately, I had this and got the computer to boot, took my files out, backed up other important files and then had it examined.

I am unable to provide you with a manual I had no clue what was going on so I put my disk in then powered on and pressed the f12 key to get my boot menu so that I could boot from it

If you are knowledgeable, this disk is for you, if you aren't you get this. It took me a relatively short amount of time to get a Home Screen with several options available. There I was stuck as I selected one and then it said repair. I pressed OK, but no change came about. To avoid doing more damage, I decided to get a computer professional to take a look at it.
