In order to install it as simply as possible, follow these steps The USB stick needs to be inserted into a USB drive. Do you know if this will work on a MacBook Pro 2009? One time, I got one, but when I restarted while holding down the alt key, it wasn't recognized. ?

Iwould suggest trying the following to access the Disk Utility on a modern Mac, regardless of whether it has an operating system installed restart or restart the Mac and hold the command+R key simultaneously while it boots and it should take you to the Disk Utility. It will boot into Recovery Mode, and by clicking the Disk Utility icon you'll be able to see it. Additionally, if you could let me know the model number of the Macbook. That would be much more helpful to figure out what OS you can run your Macbook on and what else you can install on it. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

It was smooth sailing. Creating a bootable USB isn't something I was able to do on my own, it was created by these guys already. I found the instructions to be clear and easy to follow. My sincere thanks go out to you all.
